At the age of 7, Georgia Marshall  was diagnosed with Diffuse Intinsic Pontine Glioma –  a malignant inoperable brain tumour.  The Burzynski clinic in Houston Texas was recommended, as they offer treatment which may extend Georgia’s life expectancy from 6 – 12 months to a minimum of 2 years. It was hoped that after such time doctors, may  hopefully have more answers and better treatment to offer.

After being approached, WA Charity Direct did not hesitate in helping Georgia and her family.  WA Charity Direct provided funds to cover mounting medical bills.

Sadly on 14th January 2010 Georgia passed away.
